Ray Lee. A builder in the AI era, based in Taiwan. Technical manager at KDAN by day. I don't write every line myself anymore — I design the systems, set the guardrails, and orchestrate models to do the work, then own the taste, the architecture, and the parts that still need a human hand.
Mostly TypeScript these days, plus whatever the side project needs. I like shipping small products, tending systems until they grow their own features, and figuring out where AI actually helps versus where it just looks like it does.
This site is for notes on systems, tools, and side projects — the kind of writing that helps me think more clearly and might be useful to someone else later.
